I think because it's so hard to project that a guy can still be your ace in, say, 2021.  And this particular guy had ulnar transposition surgery in September last year.  I understand your reluctance though, Fulmer is a dying breed in how deep he went into games last year.

Does the .320 refer to his OBP?  If so, yes.  And I'd definitely take the under on 20 HR and 90 RBI.
Not that he won't get there eventually, but not as a rookie.
