That was NEVER rumored. People mis-read the reporting ... which was just that those 3 names came up or some such.

Seriously, how much do you make "writing" for MLBTR? It's not like Tim Dierkes makes much money. Nobody clicks ads, and everybody has ad-blocking software. Why would you quit being a lawyer to "write" about baseball? You can't make more than minimum wage a few hours a week, or is this a volunteer position?

I could make a lot more as a lawyer, true. But I suppose there's more to the analysis than just that.
