Mostly, yeah, seems not to be getting on base in upper minors. Not to say there's no hope but he's obviously not causing teams to fall in love with him.

Not sure they have to get a controllable guy, but it's an obvious area to make a big improvement. With rest of AL contenders looking like monsters, yeah, they ought to be pushing there I think.
