Anibal Sanchez seems more like a "luxury" for the Nats as their #4 SP. Could they deal him to a team like the Angels or Padres for some decent prospects who are close to the Majors (ie: Marsh from the Angels or some of the intriguing arms in the Padres system)?

The Nationals don't have a great bullpen, so they need all the rotation help they can manage.  Plus, they might be ok with one of Fedde/Ross/Voth as the fifth starter, but probably not having two of those guys take up two rotation spots

Does catcher Eric Haase make sense for the Pirates?  He has seven years of control that would give them plenty of insurance to have time to find and develop their next franchise catcher.

How much money am I going to have to pay Castellanos to become a Ranger? Does that really make sense to invest that much for a guy who might just be a DH within a few years?

Rangers have never had many qualms about investing in future-DH types before (i.e. Choo) so sure, why not Castellanos?  Plus, there's still the long-discussed move of trying Castellanos out at 1B before moving him into DH duty

Why would Cleveland trade Clevinger when they can have a great 1,2 punch in him and Bieber?  They should play out the first half then look to deal Lindor at the deadline when teams may be desperate!  Rangers next signing is....

Like I said earlier, the Indians would want an absolute ton for Clevinger.  I doubt he's moved unless another team is willing to pay a king's ransom

Afraid?  We answer questions about it all the time.  However, since we don't have any details about when a league ruling might be issued or what the punishment might be, there isn't a ton to really discuss

Walker is a slam-dunk HOFers, and should've been in years ago.  Keep in mind that his career road slash line was .278/.370/.495, which is still awesome

He's only played 18 Triple-A games, so I'd guess he starts the year in the minors to control his servi....er, get him some more experience.  Yeah, that's the ticket!

I mean, they'll try to improve their roster, sure.  They've actually already done so with the Kim signing, which I like as a no-risk/high-ceiling type of move.  Whether they'll be able to swing a bigger deal to land an impact bat remains to be seen
