I haven't seen any updates on him since the positive c-virus test. Even if he gets back to health soon, it's going to take some time for him to ramp up. Could be late August for a debut at the earliest if a team even signs him.
And if Puig doesn't sign, maybe he should go play in Asia for a year, mash and then come back
he did draw interest from Asia earlier in free agency

i'm okay with it. Empty stands and cardboard cutouts bother me less than i thought they would. I was watching Dodgers-Giants last week on Fox. They had virtual fans in the outfield. Not a fan of that. It was too weird.

Yesss Connor!  Fletch is legit.  He reminds me of a cross between Altuve obviously w out the same speed and as quick of hands and also that great lil second baseman that played for the Red Sox before injuries.  Sorry,  I forget his name haha.  In all seriousness he’s a flashback player from a couple decades ago and I dig watching him play.  He’s definitely underrated but if he played in NY they’d be saying he’s Jeter Jr in NY.  Happy to have him in Anaheim trust me.

I'm not worried about Giolito or Keuchel. Cease has been disappointing, no doubt about it, but too early to throw dirt on him. Gio and Rodon, we'll see. It would be easier to trust Rodon if he weren't coming off a serious injury.
