Could you see all 30 teams play in Arizona respective to their own ST complexes for the regular season? Grapefruit league teams would adopt an old stadium (like the A's before Hohokam) or share a complex with an existing MLB team.

The Padres have all kinds of great young talent, but a lot of that talent has yet to really prove itself at the MLB level.  The A's have a winning core already in place, plus the A's also don't have to go up against the Dodgers juggernaut every year
