The Mets have surprisingly had a good offseason with the additions of Bruce, Frazier and even Adrian Gonzalez for dirt cheap. Why not keep it going and sign me? Give me a $11 million one year deal to catch potentially a great rotation and you will see great returns!

I think Pirela will win the LF job. Renfroe goes to AAA, where he is capable of putting up ridiculous numbers. If he does, his trade value will likely be better than it is now. I think they're open to trading him now, but not sure his value is high enough for them to make a deal.

Everybody seems to LOVE Camargo. If I thought Riley was going to reach the Majors in '18 (I don't), I'd say Dansby Swanson would be the one that has to hold him off. Camargo would move over to SS.

Mariners sign Healy, people get excited yet he is only a .2 War player in the 6 best place to hit while moving to the 23rd worst place to hit, do most people not look at stats?

I try not to question front offices since they have a lot more info than we do as fans. And there are a lot of really smart people who work in front offices. But that one was a head-scratcher, for sure. If you think his overall stats are ugly, look at his 2nd half stats only.

Hadn't thought about that. Sano would be full-time DH. Escobar would be the super-utility man. Sure. Wouldn't hurt to add another lefty bat to that lineup.
