I think Dillon Gee wins the spot but Nick Martinez and Chi Chi Gonzalez are really giving Hauschild a chance with how bad they were lit up in their last starts.

Why teams wait until the end of spring training to move players to DL? If you know already than some will be out for a significant time.

Unfortunately, these guys don't care about any of our fantasy teams and don't need to submit the DL moves until 25-man rosters need to be set. So it's whenever they get around to it, I guess. Only time there is urgency is when they need a 40-man spot and a player is placed on the 60-Day DL.

Ahmed, Owings, or Marte see the most starts at SS this year?

I think Marte will end up getting most of the time, but I think Ahmed will be the starter to open the season while Marte works on his game in AAA.
