What's Dylan Bundy's trade value right now? Seems like if he's worth anything he's worth more to a non-competitive team that can roster him without hurting themselves unlike the Orioles.

Yeah that's largely true, I think. He's better than a Rule 5 pick would be, though you can't just option him after the season. Really unclear whether they can extract real value for him b/c of the lack of options.
