one of my league-mates insists that fantasy baseball is becoming less and less predictable and luck is playing more and more of a role.  Do you have any evidence to support or refute this?  I'd be curious if there was a summary of preseason projections to actual results that has a timer series of the standard deviations.

I don't have the numbers over time but from some work last year, I found playing time projections are a lot better.
Now league depth is a huge factor
