Will Smith the catcher, he looked great until pitchers adjusted and it looks like he has adjusted back this past week. Do you see him having a Realmuto type season next year or are there too many holes in his swing?

My league wants to introduce keepers in 2020 (H2H 5x5 Qs, OBP 10-Tm) to keep the bottom four or so interested all year. What is the best way to implement this? Straight keep forever? Max of 4,6,8? Keep in the round before they were drafted in the previous year? etc
