Tony still has to give Cap the shield back. Hulk has to Hulk. Maybe Tony goes back to old school armor. Thor gets the hammer back. Nat gets her red hair back :-)

I think Cap would be the logical one to wield the gauntlet and have the willpower to ONLY undo the deaths caused by Thanos.

I agree, but I think Tony's arc in the MCU has been that he has the mind to build the impossible.

Maybe, but the MCU lynchpin IS Tony. And strange did indicate he needed to live in order to beat Thanos. Giving up the time stone just so he'd spare Tony was the play.

Me, I tend to see the Vision/Paul Bettany as one of the guys that is going to move on after A4, but that's total speculation.

The idea of a time-tossed, Avengers Forever style team is very appealing. And I just thought of seeing a new Iron Man form the future, but the wearer is kept a secret from the team. But the audience gets to see that it’s Shuri.

I wonder if M'Baku (did I spell that right) will get any consideration to fill the role of Black Panther or if it falls to Shuri. Lots of possibilities there.

Quicksilver could make another appearance as part of this team, too. Oh man. Seeing him alongside Clint, with Clint knowing that Pietro has to go back to his timeline to die again - that could be cool.

since the movies are bound by real world time, a next generation of Avengers (or Champions) makes a certain amount of sense.

I think the best theory I’ve seen is that Dr. Strange put a spell on the time stone to somehow Instead of killing everyone send them to an alternate universe ( Ultimate universe maybe ) that would explain why there are new people as the current heroes when the MCU goes forward after A4

hmmmm, interesting. Can't say I see that one, but it's an interesting thought that people who dissolved just went somewhere else. Just not sure how the time stone would be the one to do that.

I think the theory that the Time Stone will be the key to eventually winning is probably pretty correct. That's what was foreshadowed in the film, for sure.

I think at this stage, with the success of Black Panther, we have to agree Marvel can do almost anything. We all love the original team, but audiences seem to be making it clear they'll embrace new heros as well.
