I think one of the biggest issues is his staff is JV. I'm sorry there can't be a worse/less qualified combination of coordinators than the Steelers

Only change that will matter is Tomlin.  He has done nothing but waste multiple HoF careers.    What coach in anh league would keep a job after more than 10 years with no success.    These are supposed be the Steelers not the Snowflakes.

Everyone staff pick has been awful. Arians and Lebeau were holdovers from Cowhers staff so he doesn't get credit for them

Canada is the one that needs to go. He had a chance and shows over and over that he can't learn from his mistakes. Previous games should have taught him by now that the no huddle is successful...but he always waits until too late in the game.

Tomlin is stuck with a 39 year old non mobile QB. A team that has had to let good players go because they overpaid Ben the last contract. They should have cut thier losses 3 years ago.
