To me, the goal should be to win the division. It is a failure if you don't.

The 2 WC format was more ideal for that than prior rules since the 3 division format.

I prefer to have a 3-game series, as 1 game leads to luck ... but again ... if you didn't win the division you failed.

I think the greater the roster sizes the more emphasis will be on bullpens.

I kind of like Jayson Stark's idea that a team loses the DH when the starting pitcher comes out of the game.

I agree. I'm more inclined to go back to the play-in format but with a three-game series to be the 4 seed, and the rest of the teams play a tournament for $ and draft picks.
