Dodgers Justice Department Investigation remains ongoing, from what I understand. I think it's more likely (given the timeline of their Int'l director/staff at the time) something that occurred during the year they acquired Olivera, Alvarez, etc.

Will Smith though in 2021 won't get as many ABs as some other catchers. Dodgers will be a favorite to make the postseason and will get plenty of off-days.
DH could factor in somewhat for Smith in 2021, if the NL keeps it.
