Good question, I'm not sure if there is a place for Stallings long as Diaz and Cervelli are healthy there isn't room for him, but the Pirates like him. Jung Ho is another tough one because he's a better defensive option than Moran but he hasn't hit. The team hopes he can get back healthy and get his timing down.

How long until we see more Newman and less Tucker ( notwithstanding last nights HR)? Is Tucker’s defense that much better to justify more playing time?

Tucker's glove keeps him in play. Long as he's fielding well the team will give him chances to figure the bat out.

I like the city, I'm still learning it but I've found some spots. I enjoy covering the team there are lots of good people. It may not seem like but I even enjoy the fans, I just don't think they're used to writers clapping back the way I do. But it's all good.

It wasn't, and I wasn't at the game, so I'll answer in a general way. Oftentimes getting up and down between innings can be as taxing as throwing pitches. Musgrove could've told Clint he didn't have much left.

funny story, one of my college football teammates was nicknamed Gator, And was tougher than a two dollar steak and stronger than an Ox. reminds me that I need to give him a call. and You can't be in this biz, especially in this town and not have an edge.

I was a fan of giving The Notorious JHK a shot. I'm now a fan of giving him his walking papers. The power is there, but it seems like an all or nothing swing. His defense, while better than Moran, is not better enough to offset the hitting woes. I liked the usage of Newman there.
