I created a live chat to get around all the spam flags that seem to occur on non fake days and off hours.

Hey Frank
Have the chi sox mad giolito available?
kodachrome
8:34
Hi Frank, if you ever want to post on www.sfgiants.blog you are welcome, there are some twg exiles there. It’s a long story but basically everyone is friendly with no dick like behavior and no stalking (yes that happened on twg). I also love Zaidi and am positive:))
Frank Novak

I’ll check that blog out, thanks!
I believe the ChiSoc
*chisox absolutely will make Giolito available
8:36
But- it will benefit them to wait until the ASB to get serious. Sellers market on SP

How do I scroll.yhid
Frank Novak
8:37
Unless a team steps up in June and offers them a package they just cannot pass up. What would that be? I’d say a SP prospect that’s among that organizations top 5 prospects plus a second top 15-20 type prospect. But that’s just my offhand guess

I am trying talk to text. My arthritis is just too intense to use my fingers for typing

To scroll move your click wheel if on a desktop or if you’re on the phone or tablet move your finger within the text box

I want to trade Wade and maybe highly ranked a-level prospect. I am not as much a Wade fan as most.
8:41
Do you think Wade in an a prospect is enough to get geolito?
kodachrome
8:41
sorry Frank, it’s https://sfgiants.blog/
8:42
hi Jayq, ha ha nice seeing you here.
Monty isn’t going anywhere!
Frank Novak
8:43
No, I don’t see the ChiSox with a particular need for Wade. They’ve got Andrew Vaughn- who wouldn’t be on the block- at 1B and it’s unlikely they’d view him as an everyday OF.
8:44
I think the ChiSox would ask for Harrison in a deal which would be a non starter for me.
8:48
one thing I do wonder is, given their penchant for high profile Latin prospects might the ChiSox like Marco Luciano? I think him plus perhaps Keaton Winn might be enough to tempt Chicago, but for a rental to me that seems like an overpay. Ultimately it comes down to how much do you like Luciano or see him as a fit? To me, between the emergence of Davis, the prospect of Schmitt plus the abundance of toolsy OFs they’re accumulating, is Luciano becoming their best trade chip - the one they can afford to let go of?

At first I thought it was a strictly phone app, but not so.
Matthew

Hey, what place did I wander into?
Frank Novak
8:58
Anybody read any of the articles detailing the Twitter bomb a random insider dropped on the Padres inter front office dysfunction?
8:59
Hi Matthew I decided to start an off day live Giants chat
Matthew
8:59
Is that story in The Athletic on the Padres?
Alan Caras
8:59
No, I will look for it.  Any headline clues for my search.
Frank Novak
9:01
Let me see if I can track it down
9:02
Here’s the Cliff Notes version, AJ Preller is a serial micromanager doesn’t listen to any of his subordinates, and they’re behind analytically, and he makes most of the decisions himself. Many feel he’s misspending Tom Siedler’s money, and there’s rumblings that Boegarts had a crummy pre-FA physical but Preller passed him anyhow because he wanted to make a splash.
Frank Novak
9:03
If you recall, Preller doesn’t exactly have the best track record when it comes to medicals
That’s it Alan. That’s the story.
Alan Caras
9:03
He does love spending money
Frank Novak

Now how much is 100% true, probably not all of it. But almost certainly a good bit of it.

About a week ago I found a tidbit floating around the net about some dissatisfaction in the Gants clubhouse, but it disappeared quickly.  Larry Baer has lots of friends in the City.

I have said for a long time that Preller seems like a spaz. I am so happy we have Z instead!
