FanGraphs and ESPN both show the Mets with 82-84% chance of winning leading 1-0 going to top of 9th. That implies a closer would blow the save 30-40% of the time here -- since Mets will still win a fair share when they blow the save. Can that really be right?

Premier league audio sounds easier to fake than baseball audio, since you can just loop a 30-second clip of the fans singing the same song in the same tone at the same volume no matter what is happening on the field.

I doubt there's even that much to it. Maybe just likes Sogard's style and handedness agaisnt Hendricks, who is a fairly unusual pitcher. I think the individual matchup (not stats against the pitcher!) matters most.
