That is just usual variation... the two grade move is when we consider it significant. It is a two grade move from the highest/lowest point looking for that reversal.

Tell them what they need to hear so The broker can justify that level with the regulators. Anyone who is even here is qualified to trade at a higher level.

Price action and volume are important... what P is talking about is seeing a "two grade move" in the IBD accumulation/distribution cycle. For example, dropping from an A to a C is a sign we are turning from a bullish cycle to a bearish cycle.
