If I remember right, you're a big Aaron Nola guy? Is he close enough to Luis Severino this year where it makes more sense to keep Nola at $27 instead of Severino at $46? Severino's second half worries me, but seems like a lot of people are waiting for the workload to catch up to Nola without the elite FB velo.

What's your level of concern with Kris Bryant? He's a great hitter no doubt but I get the feeling he's a bit overrated for fantasy purposes.

I actually like him a good bit at pick 35. Unless we get reason to assume he's still ailing, I don't see why he wouldn't return to his premiere levels. I'm buying in.

Can Ray or Godley or both relocate their 2017 success? Is Chase Field/new humidor having a negative effect on them?

I'm not a huge Ray guy but he still misses bats. Godley seemed to get almost TOO much extra grip on his curve w/the humidor which added break that made it easier to lay off the pitch (bc it was just spiked so often). I still like him, espec. now with a major price drop from '18

I'll say under in the high-20s just to be conservative, but 30 is reachable. Love the eye, too, so a league favoring power/OBP makes him plenty viable in a 14-teamer as a 5th OF type

Do you think Ross Stripling starts consistently this year? If so, he is a top _______ starter?

Consistently? Probably not bc of the Dodgers, but injuries do happen and could force their hand to get him 26-29. I'd plan for 19-22, though. Love the talent and still think he can be a top 40ish SP even with 20ish starts and relief appearances around that

Ya, he's averaging outside the top 200. That said, it could become a wide-awake sleeper situation if he has a nice spring (wide-awake sleeper are those guys that are on EVERY list so they start shooting up draft boards, robbing any real sleeper value... doesn't mean they aren't draftable, just that the bargain evaporates)

paul...what's up. trade help. 5X5 12 man auction league ($300). i offered $31 yelich for $5 mondesi and $10 hoskins. He countered with mondesi and $8 suarez. I feel like suarez is close enough to hoskins to take this but whanted to check with you as you've neverl let me down before...Or i could hold yelich? What do you think?

Ya that's a very fair deal, IMO. Yelich has to come back to earth a bit this year. That doesn't mean he'll flop or come anywhere near flopping, but a pullback is coming and he might be more of a $25 guy. Meanwhile, Mondesi/Suarez will easily double their $13 cost in value and likely go well beyond that. Good deal on both sides, but gimme the duo

Villar is the obvious one, but definitely my top choice. I don't hate Chris Davis essentially for free in 50 round draft & holds (got him like 47th rd in one lg already... he's going to play and PT is king in those leagues). Bundy still has an ace pitch w/the slider and now he's super cheap.

Ya I'm fine w/him as a late speed option. Going in the 290s range and ranks 15th in sprint speed (min. 75 opps) so if they turn him loose, he could be a 12 HR/25 SB kinda guy
