If you ask me, at this point in the off season, it looks like the Cleveland Clowns are the favorite in the division. Stillerz 3rd at best. Of course a lot can change between now and the start of the season. Your thoughts?

I still like the Ravens better than the Browns and I think that they are both definitely better than the Steelers in my mind. The Bengals are clearly 4th

I think the Steelers will pick a defensive player in the 1st round and a running back in the 2nd round.  I initially thought a running back would be their first pick but not now with the release of defensive players.  What do you think?

Again - it all depends on what happens before them and who is left on the board when they pick. I mean if someone like Etiemne

Paul. Thank you. The Steelers have never really changed their approach to free agency and - somehow - they remain perennially competitive. Hats off to them, but it sure seems like the approach is getting more "behind the times" and may catch up to them soon with the equivalent of a blind sided sucker punch. Don't you think so?

I agree with this. The “we have always done it this way and have only had three losing seasons in three decades” stuff is mostly silly. You should always be looking to improve, tweak, change, evolve.

Has anyone in the Steeler organization given an explanation on why Ben did not throw any balls over 10 yards for a 5-6 game stretch?  Was it health or was it because he did not want to hold on to the ball that extra 3 seconds it takes.

He swears his arm was fine. He swears he could make every throw. And the funny thing is he blames “Coach Randy” for the offense being so stagnant at times.

Signing Ben and JuJu indicates a win now mentality.  Allowing half of the defense to leave does not. What should we make of their "strategy " thus far?

As I have said - this is like Neal Huntington is calling the shots. They are trying to convince fans they are competing when it is clear they are starting to try and retool. You can’t have it both ways

I believe Ben didn't throw the ball over 10 yards during stretch because they realized their OL run blocking and RBs were putrid and they replaced run game with short passing game.

Saw an article about the Steelers trading for Stephen Gilmore. The Pats wanna get rid of him. He would come at a reduced cost since he was injured last year and he's 31. The article said he's worth a 3rd or a 4th pick. Thoughts ?

Paul, thank you for answering about Ben's arm.  I wanted to follow up with I love Ben and he is our QB like it or not.  But can anyone take another year of hearing "Blue 80" at the line of scrimmage?  Ben coming back with a lesser team really makes no sense.  Other than making it about Ben.  If you look at his stats, one half decent year and he ends up in top 5 in TDs and yardage and passes the recently retired Rivers in both.  No question here other than do you think they should have let Ben retire and move on?

NHL regular season is proving to be quite interesting... every week is a mini series, not quite at a playoff feel, but certainly more exciting than the regular seasons of the past.  Makes you wonder if there are elements the nhl should  should consider looking ahead to future seasons.

You know I go back and forth with it. I like this format with all division games but I do miss seeing Western teams and Canadian teams coming through. You should play your division teams at least six times and if they did that it would leave some space for games against other teams

Will the players on the Steelers pick up on all the naysayers going into the 2021 season, and if so, how big of a chip will that be on their shoulders. Maybe being doubted will be better than expecting a SB run.

They will be plenty motivated but that’s highly overrated and wears off after about the first quarter of the first game. They need play at a high level but I don’t know they have enough talent and depth to do it at a high level consistently

I think they will get a cheap tight end and then also draft one and I think they will try and draft a center
