I would think they are gonna be worse. I mean it is entirely possible they will have no Frazier, no Newman, no Moran, no Reynolds, no Rodriguez ..... they may even take a step back before they go forward

Hi Paul. I almost laughed when I saw the last six games on the Steelers' schedule. If they don't win 8 of their first 11 they are toast for the playoffs.

I would agree - the first nine games is where they need to make sure they take care of business and get it done early because the closing stretch is going to be tough

What was the most lame Steeler offensive play in the last 5 years? I’d say Jax playoff 4th and inches for a shotgun RB handoff to the short side of the field.

I attended a game last week whose starting line-up included Tom, Evans, Difo, Gamel, Perez, and Stokes Jr. In a tie game with two men aboard, the Bucs brought in a pitcher named Shreve to get them out of the inning (he did). I want to be a Pirate fan but caring about a team has a lot to do with knowing and caring about the players.

I admit to being clueless about how a major league team “re-builds.” There doesn’t appear to be any relationship between what’s happening with the Pirates and what the Steelers do when they need to shore up various positions. The Pirates rebuild feels more like stocking a trout stream with only a calculated guess that some of the trout will grow to be big and strong.

I’m trying to build a reason for remaining interested in them.

So possibly you can help me understand. Let’s say it is three years from now and the Pirates are four or more years into rebuilding, give me your best guess; (1) Will Tom, Evans, Difo, Gamel, Perez or Stokes Jr. be on the team? (2) Will Reynolds, Polanco

I would say this - Brubaker and Hayes are the only two on this roster that have a prayer of being in the team in 2024. Maybe Reynolds too but I doubt it

I have played Saxon - it is OK, a standard public course that seems to be taken care of. Not my favorite layout but I play it a few times a summer. I have not played Oakmont but would love to
