Who is better at radio?
Zeise

They are different and all have their own styles. Stan Savran is The Godfather of all of us and has been doing it longer and better than all of us. Madden has a style that is all his own and though people have tried to duplicate it they all fail. Cook is very knowledgeable and has a breadth of knowledge about the history of teams and sports. Starkey is the quirky weird guy who makes me laugh. The two whiny millennials are both talented and get under people’s skin but both do their homework and are really good when they take a break from their wannabe comedian routine and break down sports!

Arent games against NL East and NL West more interesting to you than divisional games?
Zeise
1:14
Yes. Because right now the NL Central stinks right now

Would Clint Hurdle have benched the 1B Craig?

Why should a "major league clock" matter on a "Prospect" when said prospect will be dealt for more prospects once a major leaguer??
Zeise
1:18
Because they are trying to maximize his time as a Major Leaguer under the Pirates control. So they wait until he is absolutely ready to contribute to the Major League teams

What do you recommend for the Pirates to increase in-game attendance?  Pull the sub .200 batters and junior college level fielders from the lineup or add more fireworks, dollar dogs, bobble-head days?
Zeise
1:19
Hey dogs, fireworks and Bobbleheads worked perfectly for a lot of years!

Would Pitt fit better in Big 10 based on regional rivalries possible?  Who is Pitt’s best Pure ACC rival ie disqualify Syracuse and BC.
Zeise
1:20
No, Pitt is not like most of the schools in the Big Ten and has far more in common with most of the schools in the ACC. They are in the absolute best spot tor themselves right now

To what extent do contending opposing teams put pressure on themself to cash in and sweep the Pirates?
Zeise
1:21
Baseball isn’t like football and teams don’t think like that. They know it is a grind and try to focus on winning series, especially at home and try to just fight through every day

Hi Paul. Do you think Shelton himself has cost them any games so far, not that it really matters?
Zeise
1:22
I think there are a few games he has given up on based on his pitching decisions, no doubt:

Do you remember when the Pirates drafted Appel and he refused to report?  Could that happen again or have the rules changed?
Zeise
1:23
That’s a great question, I don’t think the rules have changed but I am not 100 percent sure. I do know what he rules about how much these guys can be paid and whatnot have changed and that may have an affect on players decisions based on who drafts them
Well that’s it for me, have a great day and we will chat next Thirsday
