Agree some coaches have given a bit back but that was with assumption there was still going to be a season.  Wonder if we ll see any coaches take 50% cut or even more to help out the schools.
Zeise

I’ll go one further - will there be some coaches who have to take furloughs for like two months or whatever? If there is no football, every option will be on the table

So Zucker will join the list of talented players who did not have the skill set that Sid prefers, correct? I have one of the greatest names in Pens history, BTW. Thanks
Zeise
12:44
Indeed Zarley Zalapski is an all time sports name!!!

Paul, with all the talk about masks(which I support) ,
Paul, with all the talk about masks (which I support),on your radio show,  maybe you should play Pittsburgh native George Benson’s epic hit “Masquerade “ or should I say “Mask”-erade?😀

Um, OK

If some NFL stadiums have fans in attendance and others do not, is that fair? It would seem those teams with home field fans would enjoy an advantage.

Life in a pandemic isn’t fair. That’s just reality. It isn’t fair and isn’t gonna be fair. Teams will have to deal with it

Tigers wins another major before his body gives out again? Yay or Nay? Tiger or Jack as the GOAT?
Zeise
12:47
I think Tiger has one more run at a major in him. It will likely be the Masters again. I think Tiger is the greatest. I think his run of 12 years is the most dominant run in sports of my lifetime

WNBA was always a garbage league.
Zeise
12:48
I disagree. I enjoy it, I think there are some great players and teams in that league.
NHSTEEL
12:48
Do you think owners and player will come to an MOU and at least keep the cap at this year's level?
Zeise
12:49
I don’t think so. I think that is dictated by revenues which will be way down.

Paul, Steelers question for you. Of those on our current roster, which defensive player ends up having the best career? TJ, Minkah, or someone else?
Zeise
12:52
TJ Watt is going to have an advantage in that he plays a position where he will amass a lot of stats and sacks and highlight plays. So I think Watt will have the most productive career but Fitzpatrick is just as good of a player. I think he will have an outstanding career as well.

Chances that Pitt plays football this fall??? This team looks as solid as any Pitt team I can remember, would be a shame if the season is cancelled
Zeise
12:56
Well I’m now in the camp that there is less than 30 percent chance we will have college football in the fall. That’s just what the reality is of what we are dealing with

Loved Southside Jimmy’s text.  C’mon Paul, we all need a laugh!

I didn’t say I didn’t laugh.....

People amaze me. No fans, fans...its not fair. What do they want, games at neutral sites ?

Everybody in this world has seemingly forgot the number one rule of life - it ain’t fair. Everyone whines all the time about it but life isn’t fair and sometimes despite the best efforts to make it fair it is impossible.

Went to Three Rivers Stadium as a kid, on Roberto Clemente night, July 24, 1970, Pirates played the SF Giants..  Roberto got robbed of an inside-the park homerun, when Willie Mays was charged with a three base error.  Two great hall-of-famers. First of many great Three Rivers Stadium memories.  Any others come to mind from you Paul?
Zeise

I would say that Pitt-Penn State game. It was Rod Rutherford’s first real big moment in a Pitt uniform and it was pretty clearly the last game in the series while JoePa was still the coach.

Hi Paul if fans are allowed at Heinz Field this year what would be your guess on the number?
Zeise
1:03
I would say 20 percent, that would be about 17,000 fans or so. That’s the most I could see in the stands this year but I hope I’m wrong

The fact that you spent the energy to type this question about a sport you allegedly hate And don’t care about speaks volumes about how empty your life - not to mention head - is

OK thanks so much for all the great questions and let’s do it again next week
