I have not but it seems like it would be incredible. If you ever get to Louisville you should visit the Ali Center. What a tremendous experience

Paul,  Not enough Steelers questions here.  How can we generate more interest locally with the Steelers.  7K no shows also for an opener on a sunny day.  Not cool.
Zeise

There seemed like more empty seats than that

If the Pirates win the makeup game Monday in Cincinnati can we call it a sweep?
Zeise
1:17
No because they lost the first game of that series

Ditto about the cashless and ticket less stuff. is it even legal? Isn't our currency supposed to be tender for "all debts, public and private" I think that was on the bills. I may have been to my last live professional sports event

It just needlessly adds to the length of time getting into games and for what? Again they will claim it is “keeping people safe by not touching the tickets” or whatever that nonsense is — the reality is they are saving lots of money in not having to print tickets

Why Paul, why why why does Narduzzi insist on trotting 22 out there in the backfield so we can watch arm tackle after arm tackle take him down.  I'm sure hhe

Many have asked this question and I don’t have a good answer

Paul  as a whole  are the  Steeler assistant coaches above average/average/below average? I can’t think of one who stands out as being at the top of his profession?

Paul u are ignoring me.

I think the Steelers have some good coaches but is there one of their three “coordinators” - Smith, Butler or Canada - that any other NFL team would rush to hire?

College football games seem to be regularly pushing four hours now, Paul.  A few years back TV networks spoke up when NFL games went beyond 3-hour windows and college basketball beyond two.  Do you think there will be rules changes/other adjustments to shorten games?  Thanks.
Zeise

There needs to be as it is becoming more and more painful to watch these games. They need to figure something out with this

If you look across college football, no matter who the program, including Alabama, ND, Oklahoma, etc...the single best investment a program can make is the head coach.  Not stadium, not a fancy film room, not uniforms, not training facilities with lobster but the head coach.  Do you think Pitt realizes this now?
Zeise
1:22
Of course but you need all the other stuff to give your coach the best chance to be successful possible

Regarding Pitt's loss to a West Michigan, the MAC plays good football, and should not be taken lightly.  They aren't creampuff gimme wins for a Pitt football team, though they are in the ACC, that hasn't been relevant since, gulp, Walt Harris' team went to the Fiesta Bowl.
Zeise

They were relevant in 2008, 09 and 10 as they should have won the Big East three years in a row

Pitt fan for 40+ years. This weekends loss especially tough. Athletic Dept financially strapped but shocked to see a major donation recently. I wonder if a major donor stepped in after a sub10 win season and paid the buyout, does Narduzzi get fired?  Your thoughts?
Zeise
1:24
Probably not, I think they are happy with the stability of the program and think Narduzzi is close to getting it right

Should Heather L be on the hot seat along with Narduzzi? She gave him an unwarranted 7 year extension - an extension can make sense for stability, but 7 years when he won 2 big games (Penn State, Clemson)?
Zeise

The thing is she will be judged on what happens with Capel and also the football program. No offense to the other sports but if those two aren’t right nothing else matters

Good bye!
Ok that’s it for me, thanks for all the great questions and let’s do it again next week!
