Have you seen this new wpxi hire Doug Whaley on tv? I'm sure he is a nice guy but he has trouble putting sentences together, his answers make no sense and he seems not cut out to be a tv analyst. What do you think?

Everyone thinks it is easy to be a TV analyst but it isn’t. That being said Doug is a smart guy, incredibly well spoken and will figure it out after he gets more experience.

I haven’t looked at the list but my gut tells me they will all be overpriced and the Steelers will go with a draft choice to address that position

They are likely going to lose Joe Haden. They absolutely need a corner. Quarterback can be debated but they are gonna add one to the room next year and that seems to be the round that makes sense. Pay attention

It is a certain profile. I think TJ Watt developed pretty quickly and Highsmith has come along nicely. The guys that struggle are the guys Tomlin loves to take - those “run and hit” freakish athlete guys

It appears that the Steelers have approximately $10 million in cap space and have roughly $26 million in dead cap and will have dead cap next year. Will this cap space rollover and why haven’t they spent this money. They are playing at a $36 million disadvantage

Every year we talk about their cap space and how strapped they are and every year they figure it out and sign everyone they need to sign. Omar Kahn is a wizard and as long as he is their cap guy I don’t worry about their cap

I agree, Chase Claypool is fast and not much else. I love Diontae Johnson’s skill set and I think he is getting better

They almost have to pay Minkah since they gave up a 1 for him, but is he really worth top of the league money?

I would not pay him that kind of money based on what I’ve seen from him this year. He is way too inconsistent and misses too many tackles. He is a good player and at times has been great but he needs to be great all the time to warrant that kind of pay day

How come Coach T isn’t blitzing like he did in a he past? We know he calls the shots. Coach Butler is a glorified LB coach. Has been for 4 years. What happened to the zone blitz, corner blitz, and fire blitz in the A gap? We need more sacks!!!!

They don’t believe they need to. With Watt outside and Heyward on the D-line they believe they can get to QBs with four guys and that gives them seven to cover. That gives them all kinds of flexibility in terms of how they defend the pass

I watch a fair amount of the all 22. Our “new” middle linebacker plays smart. He is always in the right position and he plays hard. BUT he is getting pushed around like a sled. Was he worth a 5th round pick? The trade got me SMDH
