Lots of blame to go around in Blackhawks mess. Glad Bowman and MacIsaac were rightfully shown the door, and hopefully Quenneville gets his comeuppance soon. Thoughts on Kane, and especially Toews, probably not taking enough blame. Multiple other players confirmed Beach's story that it was a known issue in the locker room - how can Toews stay on as captain if that's true? Not much Hawks can do with him given his No Movement Clause in contract. And let's not forget Kane himself was accused of sexual assault years ago too.

I don’t like people trying to get on Toews and Kane because I don’t know that it is other players jobs to try and get involved. The stuff was turned over to the authorities and the authorities dropped the ball. All of the leadership should be fired, however

Did the Pens make a mistake in not protecting Tanev? His energy and passion were 2nd to none on he team. Of course he was the number 1 star for the Kraken the other night. Or was he too expensive for a bottom 6 role?.

I would think after watching what the Seahawks did in the run game against them and then watched the Browns run against the Broncos they will do everything in their power to stop the run

Can Pitt avoid the big letdown after a great game against Clemson? Miami still has a bunch of talent. Should the Steelers consider Pickett in next year's draft or is he a product of a nice system with good receivers?

I think Pickett is the real deal. He is playing in a pro style offense not some gimmick offense. As for the let down, Miami is bad in the ways you can’t be bad if you are gonna upset Pitt. You have to be able to score and they just can’t

How is the vibe around Pitt b ball? I think they have more "team" players this year unlike last year where "me" type players like Johnson and Champagnie did not want to be there. Excited for Hugley to see what he can bring!

Can the Steelers run on the Browns Sunday? I think they load the box to force Ben to pass. Hopefully the injuries in the Brown's secondary can be exposed.

I think so, I think the Browns defense is extremely overrated. I think there is no question the Steelers will move the ball

Hi Paul, seems to be a lot of concern with Steelers ILB's covering TE's down the field on obvious passing downs and not having enough speed to cover bigger/faster TE's.  We'd all like to have Ryan Shazier in the lineup, but Bush/Spillane will never be as talented as Shazier.  Why not employ faster/quicker DB's at the ILB positions to stop TE big plays?  Your thoughts?  Thank you very much!

Well they have used safeties some in that position but then the fear becomes if they run a draw or something you don’t have a tin stopper in there. Devin Bush needs to develop and quickly into a big time linebacker that can play three downs

Hi Paul. Kenny Pickett certainly has earned the accolades he is receiving and he seems to be a potential NFL starter. Did you have an opportunity to get to know him while your son was playing for the Panthers? Are you surprised that he has raised his game to this level?

How much longer can the Penguins hang on without five of their top six players? System and discipline mean a lot, but at some point, you need to have the "A" level talent in the house, don't you?

It is early season hockey. Every team is finding themselves right now so the Pens can continue to use smoke and mirrors for a few more games but eventually it will catch up

Where do you see the Steelers season going from this point? It seems like they must emerge from these next three games with at least two wins to have a chance at a wild card, because after that the schedule is pretty grueling.

As I’ve said before - this team will be somewhere between 8-10 wins: I don’t see any reason to change that prediction

It could still happen. They still play Wake Torest. They need a little help but not as much as you think
