Nothing really but they play it at Steelers games and the fans go nuts so I’m not sure why people want it to stop. Fans love it and that’s all that matters. Personally I love Styx but think that is one of their worst songs among their hits

Hi Paul, it seems this year Narduzzi is playing to win, instead of playing not to lose. What do you think? Hopefully they will not "Pitt" Sat.
Zeise
12:31
He is being aggressive because he has the best quarterback on the field
Mercury
12:31
What do you think are the biggest personnel mistakes the Steelers have made in the past couple years?
Zeise
12:33
Re signing Ben is where it starts for me. They would be in a much better place if they weren’t spending so much time and energy trying to appease him and cater to a fading quarterback
Jock Sutherland
12:33
Bob Huggins has been criticized by many for his comments on the major BB
Zeise
12:36
I think part of it is people are so enamored with the Cinderella piece of the NCAA Tournament that they think any suggestions that threatens it needs to be shot down

Is there a team in sports which is more overplayed and underwhelms in playoffs as the Los Angeles Dodgers?
Zeise
12:37
Baseball is hard. They are like the Beacee of the 90s
SDWC
12:37
Paul, zero chance Rattler plays for Pitt next season?
Zeise
12:38
I wouldn’t say zero but a lot would have to happen for that to happen
So unlikely is a better word

With Kevin Colbert going year to year ... ending each year with the draft ... how many more years do you see KC sticking around?  And, does it make sense for him to finish with a draft or should a new GM get to start with a draft?
Zeise
12:41
I could see him stepping aside when Ben is done. And I would think it would happen at the end of the season so the new GM could get started on the draft. It is a little different with the Steelers because they already have their next GM on staff

Loved seeing Penn St. lose to Illinois last week, but the new OT rules in college football may be the dumbest of any sport.  I'd rather see it end in a tie.  Do you know if the college coaches had input to this rule change?
Zeise
12:44
I agree the new overtime rules are terrible. That’s not even football. They might as well do 60. Yard field goals
James Franklin's moving parts
12:44
Is that quote another subtle play for a raise? Is he kind of saying he's going somewhere? Does a waxing on Saturday close the doors a bit?
Zeise
12:45
Here is the thing - if he wins this clown show will be OK. But he better win because if he doesn’t it is gonna start to rub people the wrong way
Mercury
12:46
How does an exotic blitz differ from a regular blitz? Are they sending a stripper?
Zeise
12:46
Exotic blitz is the way broadcasters let us know the defensive coordinator is REALLY clever…..
Skeptik
12:46
You’re hilarious. Mariotta stinks but Pickett is the real deal ???
Zeise
12:47
One we have seen play in the NFL and we don’t need to see any more. The other is running a Pro Style offense at a high level in college. I know which one I’m taking my chances on
James Franklin's moving parts
12:47
You mentioned that Franklin's players don't embarrass the school. Have you seen anything comparing his graduation rates with Paterno's? I've looked but come up empty.
Zeise
12:48
Who cares about graduation rates. That is a dumb metric that isn’t terribly meaningful because of the way it is calculated
Ryan
12:48
Good afternoon Paul who scores the first touchdown for the Steelers Sunday I’m going with Najee and who scores the first goal for the penguins tonight I’m going with Kapanen
Zeise
12:48
Sounds good on both ends to me

Is there a limit on how much college athlete can make in NIL money?   I watch a piece onto where owner of protein bar company handed out checks in practice to players(supposed to be for tuition).   What’s to stop a wealthy fan from paying college players  millions under a NIL contract  to play for team they support. (Remember Pickens giving 160 million to OK State, sure he would of been happy to give some of that money to a bunch of 5 star recruits.)  I’m all for college players getting paid, but at least with pros there is structure as far as salary caps etc.  If boosters can pay what they want to players, recruiting will become even more the wild west that it is today.
Zeise
12:48
That’s the rub - it is going to grow into the Wild West.

12:49
Is Derek Watt the highest paid Special Teams player in league history? Based on his offensive snaps he is really being paid to play ST's.
Zeise
12:49
Or is he paid because of his last name and the Ateelers are trying to keep the star of the team happy!
Jock Sutherland
12:50
If there was one thing you could change in any sport with a magic wand (doesn’t need to necessary be a rule) what would it be.
Mine, every nine inning baseball game finishes in 2 hour 30 mins.  Game one was 4 hours 6 mins.  Last night a bit better but still 3:11.
Zeise
12:50
Get rid of the NCAA and all the idiotic rules
Stan
12:50
Weren't you the yahoo who wrote a column a month ago claiming this is the end for Narduzzi? Yeah good one there dude lol.
Zeise
12:51
Aren’t you the yahoo who clearly cannot read or comprehend and didn’t actually read what I wrote? Yeah good one there, dude LOL. Three letters for you R.I.F
Rungame0
12:54
Hi Paul, why can the ACC never reach the threshold of the SEC in football?
Zeise
12:54
Because the conference is a basketball-centric league
Rungame0
12:55
Paul, why don't fans have impact on games anymore in football leading to delay of game penalties?  I was watching the Steelers - Bills 1995 playoff game and the fans affected that game.  You hardly see that anymore.
Zeise
12:55
Offenses and signals are so advanced now teams don’t get caught up in that
Frank
12:56
Hey Paul I watched the TB Pens game Tuesday and Jarry was letting in the same high glove side goals. He was bad. There is no way he will get us deep in the playoffs. Agree?
Jock Sutherland
12:57
On Huggins comment.  I thought he made perfect sense.  The NCAA is big business now.  Why pretend to act that it’s not and let little guys still play.
