When the PG had its editorial about Nutting needs to sell the team if he won't spend more, do you think he and the other Pirates brass were made aware of it? Do you think Nutting and Travis Williams and Cherington actually read it? Do they care?

Am I wrong to think being rumored as a potential LSU job b/c you might be the guy that can knock off Saban is actually a compliment?  LSU is the only program to have won 3 championships under 3 coaches over last 50 or so years.  The in state talent and booster money are absurd.  It is a top 5 program along the lines of OSU, Bama, Texas.  I don't get the outrage.

Why do you keep writing off Miami this weekend? They have beaten Pitt a ton and that bad offense you keep harping on? Their freshman quarterback just threw for 4 TD's and over 300 yards against NC State last week. I don't get why you keep dismissing them.

I look at matchups - I could be wrong but the two games I think Pitt could be in trouble are Virginia and North Carolina because both of those teams have good QBs and can score

Why do you think Boise State was left out of B12 expansion?  Stellar football, rising hoops and one of the fastest growing cities in the country.  It can't be geo given they added BYU and WVU.
