There is no reason a round of golf needs to take longer than 4 hours. It should be done easily in 3 1/2 hours actually. There are so many ways guys waste time and it is rude and inconsiderate. Slow golf ruins golfing experience

Alex Smith is the favorite to win Comeback Player of the Year. His his story is incredible, but how come Ben is being overlooked by the national media yet again?
Zeise
12:36
He isn’t being overlooked. Alex Smith almost died. Nobody believed he would walk the right way again, much less be able to work out much less be able to play football again.

Hello Paul.  Do you think the Mets might trade for Kevin Newman or Adam Frazier since Robinson Cano has been suspended for the season?   Thank you Paul.
Zeise
12:37
Perhaps. I know the Pirates would love to move Frazier for the right price and return. The Mets are going to have to make some kind of move though

Paul, did you happen to see me rinse three Bridgestones on Number 12? I’m guessing you would dunked only two, then 3 putted.
Zeise
12:40
I wouldn’t have dunked any. Here is why - I wouldn’t have kidded myself into thinking I could play for a par on that hole. I would have laid up to the front of the water. Chipped to the middle or back edge of the green and putted two or three times for a 4 or 5..... It is a different hole when you aren’t playing for score

Paul, did you watch the Moloney fight where he lost the chance to regain his title because of a phantom accidental head butt?  Something sure smells.  Boxing’s tarnishes reputation just got worse.  Your thoughts?
Zeise
12:40
I did not see that fight but boxing is a fading sport for a lot of reasons - one of them is too many fights that the declared winner seemed to be the loser to those who watched the fight

Giving the length of his contract it’s hard to see Narduzzi getting fired after this season. Realistically, how many more seasons of 8-5 or 7-6 does he have left in him before he’s gone?
Zeise
12:42
If he goes 8 wins every year he will be back every year. I think if he has a losing season this year and next he will probably be gone. But short of that he will call his shot.
Ben

So MT has a lot of nerve taking shots at the MAC. Without a certain MAC alum, he would be an excellent creative writing professor at William and Mary. Your thoughts?
Zeise
12:45
I don’t think he took a shot at the MAC. I think he took a shot at idiots who don’t understand the difference between college football and the NFL when discussing scheduling. He was saying that every team is good and has good players in the NFL so there is nobody to overlook. In college there is a clear difference in talent

Whats more likely sunday? Stinkies lose or they lil 'not earned' sixty whatever game sack streak ends. I say both. You?  Jags 22 stinkies 19
Zeise
12:46
Is that even written in English?
Tiger
12:46
I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to sign up for the Par 3 tournament next year, huh?
Zeise

I still have faith in you big guy!

I fancy myself a ravens fan. They are just the most fluid solid ran organization in football. Cincy is 2nd then Patriots and browns. But i also like Bengals fans thought that cheap shot to Burrow warranted a flag. Refs we're on stinkie side that game

Paul, what makes Bob Huggins such a good coach where WVU turns out impressive seasons in most years? Yes, he gets good players and sometimes great like the kid from Kennedy Catholic but to me it seems he always gets more out of his teams than the individual talent would suggest.
Zeise
12:48
He is excellent at playing to the strengths of his talent. His teams will always play hard, be physical are tough and all that but the key with him is he looks at what their talent is and develops a scheme to fit them

Is your son who played for Pitt on a pro roster?
Zeise
12:52
No he signed with the Chargers last year as a UFA. He made it through the preseason played in all four games then got cut. He came home and I said to him “you going to continue to work our and chase the NFL” and he said “Nope, I’m good dad. I got a chance to play in four NFL games and that’s more than 98 percent of the people who will play football so all is good” He used his dual Pitt degree to get a good job in the financial field and he is doing well

Paul, should I can BC and hire that Theo guy in an attempt to resurrect the dead?
Zeise
12:53
I don’t think he would take the job. I think he will have his choice of other jobs with teams that have a lot of money

To the earlier question, haven't we already drafted Dupree's replacement in Highsmith?
Zeise
12:54
Maybe. But until he plays extensively who knows

Howdy Paul. As dominant and impressive as DJ's performance was at Augusta, does his victory, and more so his record scores, come with an asterisk due to the circumstances and difference in course conditions between April and November?
Zeise
12:56
No I’m not a fan or believer in asterisks. Guys accomplish what they accomplish and there are always challenges. Everyone played the same course and he was the only one who killed it

12:56
Given the emergence of DJ and Claypool, does it still make sense to put a premium on JuJu's contract?  Seems like from a depth perspective and our ability to draft WR makes a Dupree signing more important than JuJu moving forward (assuming we need to choose).  Thoughts?
Zeise
12:56
I don’t see any way that they resign JuJu. It wouldn’t even make sense to be honest
ASIANGOLFERMAN
12:56
Why don't they use D. Watt more to try and block for running plays?  They paid him 2M to be hurt all year?
Zeise
12:57
They paid him to be a special teams ace. And they didn’t really use a fullback much so not sure why anyone thought that would change
Duck
12:57
After watching BR dink and dunk his way to 9 and 0, is there really that much difference in what we bring to the table?
Zeise
12:58
Um, did you watch yourself last year?
TP Ranger
12:58
Hey Paul. No. 1, you are too young to be "old and crochety." That's my job (age 66). You are "middle-aged and crochety". No. 2: Maybe they should delay the start of  NCAA basketball? Maybe the vaccine can make it safer to play in he spring?
Zeise
12:59
I disagree, wholeheartedly. But I’m done with COVID protocol discussions. I have no interest in them at all.
