Interesting Notre Dame is apparently hiring from within, although first time head coaches have not fared all that well there.  I remember when Jackie Sherrill left Pitt and everyone wanted to promote Foge Fazio, which turned out to be the beginning of the dark ages at Pitt. Thoughts?

Hey Paul.  Is Mason Rudolph better than Neil O'Donnell was?  If so, why not make him the starter in 2022 and see where it goes?  Maybe MR gets to the Super Bowl and DOESN'T throw a INT.

I have seen no evidence he is better than O’Donnell was but I would give him a shot in 2022

Hi Paul. The Steeler fans talk a good game but they never want to have the Steelers commit to a rebuild. They have been spoiled because every year the team competes. Even this year they are still in the running for a playoff spot.

How in the world do all these people not realize the defense is missing 2 of thier best linemen. They also have missed thier best corner and the middle linebacker is playing hurt?

Every team has injuries. The D Line is obviously one you give them a pass on.  But their backups are terrible
