Have you heard anything on where Tyler Bozak ends up? I've seen stories about the Flyers and now that JVR is there, the expectation was that he and the Flyers would push hard for him.

But it would definitely be an option to go to Philly. I'm not sure how much even strength time he'd get with JVR though.

At this point it's anyone's game. Toronto and San Jose are the obvious favorites, but ruling out any of the other teams would be foolish.
I've thought for the whole year that he was going back to New York.

Anthony Duclair stock has dropped so much in 2 years.  Can he recover and where will he land

There's a real concern that Duclair isn't ever going to be the offensive player he showed in that brief season, but remember he's still very young.

There's definitely still time for a recovery, but he needs to find a way to produce in limited minutes to prove he deserves more.
That's a tough situation for any young player, especially one with such hefty expectatons.

Never say never with Jim Rutherford, but he's been speaking all offseason about how a rested Letang will be better for them next season.

Worst case is he is on waivers by November, best case he's a trade deadline chip.

From all reports, Tavares and Barry wanted to keep things to even fewer teams to not bombard him with meetings. Vegas sounded like one of the last cuts.

He's carefully assembled that team to compete, jumping on opportunities whenever they present themselves.
Like he said about Tavares, even though they didn't really have room for him why pass up a chance to talk to one of the best players in the game.

A lot of bad contracts will be signed today.

They are definitely still players, but Kovalchuk's deal is the one meant to bring some offense to LA.
That's a gamble, but I think it will pay off, at least in 2018-19
