Who do the Flames target to try and recover from the loss of Johnny?  Can't replace him with one player, but they can use the $10M+ they had earmarked for him to sign a couple guys and improve the depth.

The worry I have now for the Flames is they overpay for two middle-six forwards and just slide back to mediocrity.

They have only 14 players listed, meaning the extra 9 will bring up a minimum of $6.75MM by themselves
Lundestrom and Vaakanainen are two of those that are RFAs (the former is arbitration-eligible) so they won't be coming in at the minimum
