I'm not. They did the same thing with him at the 2017 World Juniors, when he sat on the bench as a 16 year old

What I will say, is that Dahlin is an outstanding prospect, but he's NOT Connor McDavid.
People need to stop thinking that he's an immediate fix to a franchise, even though he's very, very, very good.
Most people talking about him have seen him play just a handful of times, and most of those are likely at the junior level.

I wouldn't think they'd move on from Yeo without a complete collapse though.

Still don't think Lamoriello gives up much future when they're so early in the process.

Well, for one Hjalmarsson is a lefty, but can play the right.
But I understand the sentiment.
Not sure he's next on the list though, or that he's really on any list.
I wouldn't be surprised if he stays and helps Chayka in his pitch to OEL.
