Open market adds 500K and an extra year, seeing as it's a bad free agent class.

TVR will be selected in the draft, so Kruger will be traded for a conditional late-round pick most likely.
But this is exactly the kind of cap shake-up we'll see.

I think a bunch of teams would make that trade, 1/2/3 for Drouin+extension. I don't think anyone will offer sheet him.

Arizona wouldn't do that. Not worth it when they're still building talent.
Dumba gets expensive next summer, and Minnesota doesn't have much leverage going into expansion.
