The league has wanted them for so long, and everything has gone right so far.

They'll likely start play in 2020-21, but the CBA talks will determine that.

What are your favourite potential Seattle names so far? I like the Rainmakers although going the corporate route, making them the Starbucks however that’s a slippery slope that could lead down a dark path of corporately sponsored team names

I like the idea of bringing back the Metropolitans, but think it will be too confusing to new fans.
I think the Star Bucks would be awesome, but as you say might go down a bad road.
I'm not in love with Rainmakers.
