Do you think it's a guarantee that the 2020-21 season will see each team visit every arena?  With 32 teams it's getting harder to make the math work.  Maybe if they expand the schedule to 84 games you could do:

In fact, it sounds like they're really considering a more regional schedule to help the rivalries that have been sparked this year.

Another bust week for Lafreniere what is working here? Coaches? Not ready? I think he would be given more of a chance if he were with a team like Detroit or Ottawa if they got him, like Stutzle has for ottawa

I tried to tell people in this chat last year that Lafreniere is a lot more Taylor Hall than Connor McDavid, but many seemed to put the generational tag on him anyway.

He's ready for the NHL, but it just hasn't clicked for him yet. He's not getting prime opportunities late as the Rangers try to fight for their lives in the playoff race
And personally, I don't think he's used to playing off the puck so much
He used to have it on his stick all the time in junior, everything ran through him. It's not going to be like that on the Rangers, at least not yet.

All of that said, there's a reason why I said a lot more like Taylor Hall and not a lot more like Nail Yakupov. I still think the talent in Lafreniere is immense.

Is there a worse contract in the NHL right now than Jeff Skinner's?  Buffalo on the hook for $9,000,000 per year for six more years after this one.  That's hard to work around.

It is one of the most stunning drop-offs in recent memory. Yes, part of it is how they're deploying him, yes, part of it was the strong shooting percentage he had in 2018-19, yes, he's always been a streaky scorer.

Thanks Gavin.   I just do not see the Rangers responding to him.   I am not sure if Quinn is a Defensive guy (Like Torts) or Offensive guy (like AV).   My thoughts - Time to kick Quinn to the curb

I think lots of Rangers fans had very high hopes for this season and can't quite put their finger on what's wrong
