I am one that does not like how often generational gets used.
Rasmus Dahlin was called a generational talent, and I didn't understand it
Eichel is a star--he could potentially be in the Hall of Fame at the end of his career if things break right.
But he's not going to be on the Mount Rushmore of NHL greats when he hangs up his skates

He is exceptional
I've always been a big fan of Drysdale, as veterans of this chat can attest to
I think his ceiling is as a franchise-leading star

There were many Makar vs Fox questions on here when they were coming in, even before they debuted.
I still take Makar every day, but Fox has turned into a star for New York

I honestly just didn't think he could get to the very top like this. I thought he'd be good but not great.
I was wrong, if this season is any indication.
I think Hedman probably still gets my vote, but the fact that it's close speaks to just how incredible Fox has been.

I'm not sure exactly whether he'll sign, but it is getting a little scary.
He's 14 months from free agency
He's going to go play for Sweden at the Worlds this spring, where you'll get an even better look at him
