Hey definitely got an offer, and yes, could have made more money returning to the Bruins
But he wants to play in front of his family
And he wants his family to grow up in his country
One interesting thing is that he didn't rule out a return to the NHL at some point

Oh they should certainly hold onto him if they can. There's a real opportunity for him to be the driving force from their defensive group, but I just think he might be the most coveted in trade too

I think it would take a change in management to see Marner traded, and I don't think that would happen even with a playoff miss/round one exit
I shouldn't say that, things can change rapidly
But there is no appetite to move Marner right now

It's only one year, but I don't see Edler rebounding
