How are the Leafs gonna keep Matthews, Marner, Nylander, Tavares and build a decent defense around them when they get their big deals (my guess in AAV $10/9/7/11)

If those numbers are right, it's $37MM. The cap is already almost $80MM. You can almost always get away with three forwards and one defenseman at $1MM or less, so you have $40MM to spend on 10-12 players.
That's not impossible by any means.
Goalie is the big finance changer
If you're paying $10MM for your starter, you're in trouble.
