They'd need an elite asset coming back in any Nylander trade.

Sure, it could get bigger with more players from both sides, but the team is already deep enough to not need several holes plugged.

They definitely have enough to make the playoffs.
That division is wide open.

Kase will be a big boost, and as I said they already have one of the best if not THE best goaltender in the league.
That can go a long way.
Would I bet on them to make it? No, probably not.

Nobody in the Pacific seems to be a lock for the playoffs besides San Jose in my opinion. I can reasonably see the Coyotes finishing as high as second in the division. Realistic?

There is no one out there who can immediately boost a powerplay's effectiveness, or he'd be employed already.

Neither of those players are "secondary scoring"
If you're going after those fish, they're going to cost more than what secondary scoring will.
Adding lesser names I think will be the Bruins strategy, but once the trade season is upon us anything can happen.
