Matt

Does Rudolph get a chance this offseason to win  the backup job back?
Steelers Insider
11:32
Absolutely he does. And don't rule out the possibility he returns this season
Texas Steeler
11:32
Still not completely sold that a Duck is ultimately the better option than a Reindeer long-term. Knowing the insanity teams display at the prospect of getting a quality QB, is it unreasonable for the Steelers to shop Hodges in the off season for a 2 or even a 1 (assuming he continues the quality of work he has provided so far)? Would the Steelers be foolish to consider this?
Steelers Insider
11:32
They wont. The Steelers always keep three QBs and they will have three -- Ben, Rudolph and Duck.
Texas Steeler
11:32
Assuming the Steelers can keep both Hargrave and Dupree, who are the cap casualties and how hard will they be to replace?
Steelers Insider
11:33
Foster might be one. Vince Williams.
Matt
11:33
Can you see Snell taking the job away from Conner if not this season, next?
Steelers Insider
11:34
It wouldn't shock me if it happened next season, but I don't think so,. Unless Conner gets hurt again.
Tank
11:34
Who would you rather have back next year: Dupree or Hargrave?
Steelers Insider
11:35
Dupree for sure. Nothing against Hargrave but pass-rushing OLB is the much more important in this defense than a NT or sub-package defensive lineman.
Tampa Too
11:35
do you think  that Duck could be the heir apparent to Big Ben?  I think that Duck has intangibles that are needed at this position and given time  he can develop into a franchise quarterback.  Your thoughts
Steelers Insider
11:36
I think you're getting too caught up in Duck-mania.
SteelfanSLC
11:36
If the Steelers make the playoffs would you vote Tomlin for coach of the year?
Steelers Insider
11:36
He should win hands down, and that's no disrespect to John Harbaugh or Kyle Shanahan, who I'm betting will win.
Woodson, R
11:36
Could Haden switch to safety when he eventually loses a step or two? Maybe not enough of a pure tackler? Your thoughts? Gracias.
Steelers Insider
11:37
Well, he's too small for strong safety and why would you put him at free safety when you have Minkah Fitzpatrick, who's only 22?
Fredward
11:37
Which Steelers defender is a stronger candidate for DPOY, Watt or Fitzpatrick?
Steelers Insider
11:37
Watt
Franco
11:38
Realizing this current steelers team, given all the injuries to players and doing better than anyone expected, do you feel they will make the play-offs?
Steelers Insider
11:38
Right now I do. They can still lose one more game and get in.
Nate
11:38
Do you think the Steelers will use the franchise or transition tag on Bud, or will they just let him go via FA?  Thanks!
Steelers Insider
11:38
Good possibility

11:39
WHO was the guy who brought in the Duck?....was it one of our scouts or coaches?...was it a recommendation or an email or something?...who’s idea
Steelers Insider
11:39
He got a tryout at rookie camp after failing a tryout with another team
KK
11:39
I’ve seen some Steeler fans draw parallels between the 2005 team and this team.  The 2005 team had all its starters; this team is a patchwork team, at least on offense.  Don’t you think comparing the two is ridiculous?
Steelers Insider
11:39
Yes. The only comparison is they were both 7-5 and now 8-5 at one point.
Scuba Steve
11:40
Chris Boswell is 26 of 28. Last year most Steeler fans wanted him shown the door. This year he really is the unsung hero of the 2019 season. What say you good Sir?
Steelers Insider
11:40
Agreed. He's been fantastic. Not surprised.
Lambert
11:40
If all the WR's who dropped passes from Rudoph that hit them in the hands, Rudolph's stats and success would be what we are talking about.
Steelers Insider
11:40
You're probably right
Tank
11:40
Do you think Tomlin deserves to be Coach of the Year?
Steelers Insider
11:40
He should be in the conversation
AK
11:40
As quick as people are the proclaim players busts, those people would have cut Bradshaw after a year.
Steelers Insider
11:40
Yep
Glenn
11:40
Is TE now the top need going into next years draft? Followed by OLB, DL, OL, WR (burner), RB
Steelers Insider
11:41
Yep. Right now.
AK
11:41
A second round pick for Hodges?  They’d be lucky to get a 4th or 5th.
Steelers Insider
11:41
I wouldn't even go that high
Glenn
11:41
Duck has been adequate, but arm talent clearly not there (can’t make the throw on out pattern to far side of field), I’m concerned that will narrow the field as Steelers play better defenses
Steelers Insider
11:41
Duck has been more than adequate
