Yes, it must be submitted by June 1, 2020, if you admitted to the program.

Yes, you need to have completed at least one of the courses by the time you submit the application.

I'm sorry,  but the reason we state that you must submit at least one certificate as there is not usually enough time between the Feb 1 deadline and the June 1 admissions decision deadline to complete all of the courses.

That is why this is stated on the program selection screen, prior to actually beginning the full application.

Vamshi, I'm sorry, but you can't, as it is required to complete and submit the application. This is part of the application requirements and must be submitted by the application deadline.
