Hi will. My last question: The MCIT program has two deadlines, what is the difference between them? Also, is this program apply a rolling basis? Or it will be OK if I submit my application one day before the final deadline.

Hi guest - less people usually apply to the earlier deadline, so it tends to have a higher admissions rate. We don't have rolling, applications - they are rolling by nature. We do have rolling decision releases, as they will be going out on Fridays, beginning tomorrow. And yes, it will be fine if you submit the application and all materials prior to the deadline.

Is it possible to switch from the MSE program to Ph.D. once admitted or during the end of first year.

Mariam, you are not able to switch, but you can apply for a PhD program before you complete the masters program. In very rare cases, a department will let you start a PhD program after only completing one year of a masters program. But as I mention, it is very rare.
