Chirag, as an international student, you'd need to be registered for a minimum of 3 courses (one course = one credit) per semester

Chirag, you can apply for CPT for one semester, when you can then drop below the 3 course requirement. Or some may take 4 in one semester, and graduate in a total of 3 semesters. There are a variety of ways this can be done.

Qaisar, thank's for your question. PhD decisions are made on a rolling basis, so we don't have a specific date as to when they will be released. All we can state is that no decisions are released before the deadline, Dec 15, and we will do our best to have them released before April 15, 2020.

Ryan, no, we do not need the official transcript. You only need to submit the unofficial one that you attach to the application.

Hi Will, How are you? I'm not watching the impeachment, we have our local big problems in Chile right now :) ... Some Universities offer programs called Systems/Industrial Engineering .. I'm applying to MS in Systems Eng.. is that program similar to Industrial Engineering? or which is the difference?

To your question, this is not similar to industrial Engineering. The main difference would be that most Industrial Engineering programs focus specifically on that aspect of engineering, where as the Systems Engineering program has a broader area of coverage, looking at the engineering of systems for all types of industries and areas.
