We have seen Mike Hilton become a very good slot corner over the last year. What would be your thoughts about moving Hilton to RCB and have Burnett/Edmunds cover slot and TEs? Maybe for even a few snaps

Hilton is only 5-9. Smaller Cbs can play in the slot. It's harder for them to bump outside because bigger and stronger receiver play out there.
