Monty, no. He's gonna get nine figures. But Lynn or Giolito will be far cheaper after struggling this year. If the Rays think they can fix them, that's a possibility.

But again, depends on the money. Despite their struggles, back-end starters can still get 10-20MM a year.

I would guess Carson Williams. Had a really good year at High-A and got some brief looks at Double-A, Triple-A and Arizona Fall League to finish the year.

With shortstop a question mark, doesn't seem outlandish that he could make the jump at some point next year.

Mostly in the 6-10 range.

Should be an interesting winter for the Rays. Will they do nothing or make a bunch of trades we didn't see coming? You never know!
