I'm not sure if this is fully university-related, but how do degrees compare with apprenticeships in terms of long-term employability?

70% of jobs ask for 'a degree' as an essential requirement for the role, that isn't always necessarily subject specific. apprenticeships are also a viable route, but is essentially a much longer process and only leads to 1 specific job. Degrees also come with the many opportunities that Universities offer, i.e. study abroad options, links with the public and private sector and all of the support services

Hi, on the website for entry requirements regarding Psychology, it says Vocational courses are not accepted, however I emailed the admissions team with my current courses and they said it was. Is this reliable?

Hello I am sorry for the confusion regarding the entry requirements for courses.  I would advise that you confirm again by email with the admissions team as any entry requirements are at their discretion and mention that the website says that vocational courses are not accepted and can they confirm what is the correct information please.
