He played a lot of snaps in the Bengals game. They use him a lot in passing situations. They continue to se Beanie Bishop too. He's good in the base defense and better as a run defender.

Do you envision a lot of snaps for Elandon Roberts today ti try to stop the run? Will that leave us exposed to Dallas Goedert if Roberts has to drop into coverage?

That's the chess match between the coordinators. I think you'll see Roberts and the Steelers in base to start. It's not like the Eagles have had a ton of success throwing the ball lately.

It is really amazing how talented this Eagles roster is when they are paying what I consider just an “above average” QB $50m+. A lot of QBs could look good with that talent around them.

I picked Steelers 17, Eagles 14 but hardly feel great about it. More of just a gut feeling given the Eagles having some internal strife this week and being on a nine-game winning streak.

If they release Ogunjobi, Holcombe, and Preston Smith, they should have $76 million of cap space this offseason. Lots of guys to sign though: Russ, Jackson, Roberts. Desperate needs for WR, RB, and youth on the DL. Extensions for TJ or Pickens? Retain Minkah at $15.6m in new money? Huge offseason coming.

It's gonna take a win today for NFL fans and teams to take the Steelers seriously.

Why? The Eagles are really good, too. They're at home. The Steelers beat the Ravens already this year. This is a good game, should be a fun game, but it's not exactly a season bellwether for the Steelers, particularly without George Pickens or DeShon Elliott healthy for it. They have two bigger games the next two weeks against AFC foes.
