Steelers have some weapons on offense (TE/WR/RB) enough to cover a below average OL. The QB jus need to be slightly above average their D is good for 7+ games. There’s nothing to prove and more to loose by playing KP.

Pickett has what true good qbs have and that’s quick processing.  It was evident in all his preseason plays.   That can’t be taught and Trubumsky has non of it

First half assessment:  The run game is still terrible. Canadas play calling is still junior varsity. MT is still average at best and won’t be here next year. The only question is whether KP will be an improvement once his number is called. IMO

As Batko’s rweet shows, NE is at 7 yards per play and we have 3.5 yards…that’s a huge disparity, attributable to a worse running game and Trubisky

This defense is not a very pretty sight without Watt. NE's offense has been a dumpster fire since training camp, but they are able to move the ball on the Steelers low Watt defense.

In 1.1 seasons, I can’t recall seeing Harris have an open hole to hit, and clear the line of scrimmage at speed, to tell whether he possesses those abilities or not. The “holes” he sees have DLs and LBs pouring IN. I would suggest such a burner and juker might have LESS success behind this line. A Jerome Bettis type is better for this line.

Mitch isn't a good NFL QB. It is why the Steelers were able to get him so cheap. His upside is league average starter. He's never been the sort of QB that can carry an offense, but I think they will get better.
